Terms and Conditions of Occupancy
1. For daily/monthly/annual occupation the maximum number of guests in one room will be limited to two persons
2. For monthly/annually rent, relatives of guests wishing to stay in his/her room will be limited to 1 DAY per monthly payment. Stays longer than 1 day per month will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate per day.
3. Rent for each month will be due on the date that the guest arrived. Extensions must be advised at least 7 days prior to the end of the rental period and secured with a deposit of at least 50% or the room will be considered open for other reservations.
4. Guests wishing to extend the occupancy for extra days but less than a full month will be charged at the current daily rate for the period of the extension
5. Stays for less than two weeks will be charged at the current daily room rate.
6. Stays of between two to three weeks will be charged at the current monthly rate.
7. Prices are excluding laundry. Laundry service is available at a current rate per kilogram of weight.
8. Guests are prohibited from conducting illegal activities or from bringing illegal items onto the premises. Contraventions will be reported to the police and guests will be evicted accordingly.
9. Guests are encouraged to respect the privacy of other guests by observing night time peace and quite, by maintaining room cleanliness and health. Fair use of house facilities (electricity, water, furniture, kitchen utensils) is included in the tariff.
10. Guests are required to keep their own valuables safe. We are not responsible for any loss or damage not caused by our staff.
11. Guess are required to show passport / ID card on arrival and submit copies to Management.
12. Only married couples are allowed to stay in the same room. Expatiates may apply for exemption of this rule but there is no guarantee it will be approved. Approval is granted only on a case by case basis.
13. Our staff has the right to evict any guests who do not observe the rules. Rental monies paid will not be refunded.
14. Rental tariffs and other charges are subject to change without prior notice.
